medconceptPerhaps you are afraid you have early symptoms of Huntington’s Disease. A family member has obvious chorea or intellectual decline, but is reluctant to see a doctor. You are making plans for your future and wonder if part of your decision-making process should include genetic testing. You think you need information or help, but actually contacting someone can be a frightening experience.

We are here to assist you through that transition. We will help you determine what concern is most important, guide you about the urgency of an appointment, and help you prepare for the visit. We may have some tips about how to reduce the stress of the trip to the doctor for you and your loved one. Our goal is to help you know what to expect during that first, very important visit.
